DEAD LINKS

NOTE : DEAD LINKS
We'd like to thank everyone for preventing us of dead links. For the moment, we are note able to re-up them.

Feel free to keep on preventing us of those dead links. We will update them when we (I and Jeb-E-Diah) have more time to (understand : from september). Some of them will be partially or completely repacked considering albums which would have been issued thereafter and surely with new and improved artworks.

Stay tuned !

EMILIE SIMON (ABO #274)

EMILIE SIMON
CHANSONS DE TOILE

Can you imagine what a mix of Kate Bush, Björk and Allison Goldfrapp would sound like? Well, that's about what you'll hear with Emilie Simon's music. Of course, she's a lot more than just a copycat act, she has a sound of her own and being French probably is a defining element and being a skilled composer and arranger certainly is another. This compilation spans her four studio albums so that you can witness her grace and talent before buying her whole catalogue. Yes, Emilie's that good.

My EMILIE SIMON's List
1 - Végétal (2006)
2 - Emilie Simon (2003)
3 - The Big Machine (2009)
4 - La Marche de l'Empereur (2005)
5 - A L'Olympia (2007)

RIYL:
Kate Bush, Björk, Goldfrapp

What surprises me is that, when asked a password to unrar the file, they just post a comment instead of taking a closer look at the blog.
Maybe internet makes people lazy... Now they can have anything at any time and it's that "right here, right now" habit that's spoiling them...

Anyway, the password is MOODSWINGS, as always. ;)

You're a bit too cynical dear Moody. Or haven't you noticed that you made a Mistake on the password ?

You are right about Emilie -- I'd heard a few things in the last month or so but it's nice to have this, and when I say "you are right" I mean the part about going out and buying everything. Incredible.

And compared to most, the password is refreshingly easy to find if one only looks.
